For best and longest lasting wear, wash all shirts inside out with cold water. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron on the design. Sweatshirts should not be dried in the dryer.

Typical turnaround time is 15 working days (two to three full-weeks) from the time that art mockups are approved with a signature or via email. Some services like individual bagging will effect our typical turnaround. Rush charges may apply for orders needed sooner than our typical turnaround. Turn time on larger orders may require longer time to produce. Please inquire about our current turn time on larger orders.

In the event an order needs to be cancelled, refunds or return of deposits will be based on the status of the order. Have the items been ordered? Have any of the items been printed, etc.? Orders and may be subject to penalties and/or restocking charges, at a minimum of 15% of your order. Due to the customization of Mish Ink products, refunds will only be provided if the product is defective. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email kelsey@mishink.com and we will get you taken care of immediately.
